SignalForge Alpha NDA

This SignalForge Alpha Non-Disclosure Agreement governs access to private alpha materials, platform previews, tester communications, and non-public technical or commercial information.

Version SignalForge Alpha NDA v0.1
Effective 20 June 2026
Access Invitation only, non-transferable

1. Parties

This agreement is between SignalForge and the person or organisation requesting, receiving, or using private alpha access. If you accept on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to bind that organisation.

2. Confidential Information

Confidential Information includes non-public information disclosed or made available through the alpha, including:

  • platform screens, workflows, demos, documentation, recordings, screenshots, and tester communications;
  • source code, system architecture, deployment design, security controls, infrastructure details, and operational processes;
  • strategy research outputs, backtest evidence, model behaviour, bot configuration patterns, risk-rule designs, and product roadmaps;
  • pricing, customer plans, commercial strategy, alpha tester lists, and support processes;
  • any information marked confidential or that a reasonable tester should understand is non-public.

3. Tester Obligations

You must keep Confidential Information private and use it only to evaluate SignalForge during the approved alpha. You must not publish, share, copy, scrape, benchmark, reverse engineer, decompile, attempt to extract source code, disclose screenshots, disclose security details, or provide access to anyone else without written permission from SignalForge.

4. Limited Alpha Access

Alpha access is personal, limited, revocable, and non-transferable. SignalForge may suspend or remove access at any time to protect users, systems, intellectual property, or compliance boundaries. You must use only accounts, credentials, and test environments you are authorised to use.

5. Security and Credentials

You must not upload withdrawal-enabled exchange keys or share credentials with SignalForge staff through chat, email, screenshots, or support requests. If you discover a vulnerability or accidental exposure, report it privately and promptly. Do not exploit, publish, or demonstrate it to third parties.

6. Feedback

You may provide feedback, bug reports, ideas, and suggestions. SignalForge may use that feedback without restriction or compensation, including to improve the platform, documentation, security model, and commercial offering.

7. No Financial Advice

SignalForge provides strategy research tooling, automation interfaces, and risk controls. Alpha materials are not financial advice, personal recommendations, managed funds, custody, or a promise of profit, safety, suitability, or loss avoidance. You remain responsible for your own accounts, keys, approvals, and risk decisions.

8. Duration

Your confidentiality obligations continue for three years after your alpha access ends. Obligations relating to trade secrets, security details, credentials, proprietary source code, and non-public architecture continue for as long as that information remains non-public.

9. Required Disclosure

If a court, regulator, or law requires disclosure, you must give SignalForge prompt written notice where legally permitted and disclose only the minimum required information.

10. Governing Law

This agreement is intended for New Zealand based alpha operations unless replaced by a signed agreement or entity-specific terms. SignalForge may update the governing law and contracting entity before paid or live production release.

11. Acceptance

By checking the NDA acceptance box on the access request form, submitting the request, or using private alpha access, you accept this agreement and confirm you will protect SignalForge Confidential Information.
